3 Ways to Unlock Your Android Devices
Step 1: Using Forgot Password Feature
Use this step if somebody has entered the wrong password or pattern more than three times or when you have failed entering the password three times.
Go to Forgot Password or Pattern. Insert your Gmail account and the password and tap Sign in. Make sure that you're connected to the internet or WiFi to perform this action.
Step 2: Through a Phone Call
If your smartphone is by accident can't connect to the internet, you can still solve this problem through a phone call from another phone - ask a help from your friends or brother or sister. Next, answer the call but don't hang up. Tap the Home button and go to the Setting and enable the internet data so that you can Sign in. You can also make a new password from here.
Step 3: Factory Data Reset
Factory Data Reset can be the final way if you can't perform the two steps above. Please remember that you will lose all your data if you do factory reset. You can do the factory reset from the Recovery Mode.
Firstly, turn off your phone, and then press and hold the Home + Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds and releases them.
Secondly, use the volume buttons to navigate. Choose "Factory Data Reset or Full Wipe" and press Power or Home button. Wait until it finishes. After that your device will restart. If your device is not restarting, choose "Reboot System Now" to reboot. Your device will be like the first time you had it and you have to install the apps and reconfigure it from the beginning.
